1. Zero-Log Policy

AzatNet does not collect, store, or process any connection logs, traffic data, or personally identifiable information. We have no technical capability to link any network activity to any individual user. This is a structural guarantee, not a policy promise.

2. No Account Required

AzatNet requires no registration. We do not ask for or store email addresses, phone numbers, names, or payment information. The application functions without any user account or identity.

3. What We Do Not Collect

The following data is never collected under any circumstances:

• —IP addresses (yours or any other)
• —Connection timestamps or session duration
• —DNS queries or browsing history
• —Traffic content or metadata
• —Device identifiers or fingerprints
• —Location data
• —Crash reports linked to any identity

4. Infrastructure

User traffic is routed through Cloudflare's global network. Cloudflare's own privacy policy governs how they handle traffic at the network layer. AzatNet does not share, sell, or transmit any user data to Cloudflare or any third party beyond what is inherent in routing network packets.

5. Jurisdiction

AzatNet operates outside the jurisdiction of Turkmenistan and is not subject to local data retention or disclosure requirements. No data exists to disclose in any legal proceeding.

6. Changes to This Policy

Any material changes to this policy will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
